Where Your Tax Dollar Goes

  • 1% Earned Income Tax (split between Township and School District)
  • School District Per Capita Tax - $10 each person 18 years of age and over
  • 2% Real Estate Transfer Tax when a property is transferred
  • Local Services Tax of $52.00 per person annually for those working within the Township. (If your income is $12,000 or less, you are exempt from this tax.)
