COMMON RESIDENTIAL
PROJECT FEES:
- UNCOVERED PATIOS: $255.00 (base fee) + .30 cents per square foot over 666 square feet of area.
- UNCOVERED DECKS: $255.00 (base fee) + .30 cents per square foot over 666 square feet of area.
- ABOVE GROUND POOLS: $255.00 (pool only fee) + decking fees (see Uncovered Decks above)
- IN-GROUND POOLS: $405.00 (pool only fee) + decking fees (see Uncovered Decks above)
- SHEDS: $50.00 (base fee) + $105 if electric is proposed
- ELECTRICAL PROJECTS: $105.00
- FENCES; $75.00 Fence requirements: In-line stakes required to be installed by a Registered Land Surveyor if fence is proposed to be closer than 3-feet to the property line.
- HVAC REPLACEMENT (IN-KIND): $55.00

INTERIOR RENOVATIONS: (such as Kitchens, Bathrooms or Finished Basements) $555.00 (Fee breakdown: Up to 280 square feet = $200. Electric = $100. Mechanical Construction Cost up to $3,500 = $100. Up to five Plumbing Fixtures = $150. State/Township Fee $5). If more is proposed, then additional fees based on the Current Fee Schedule

BUILDING ADDITIONS: See “Interior Renovation” fees, plus $50.00 Zoning Fee. Grading, Stormwater Management, or other permits and approvals may be required –call the Township for more information.
FEES ARE DOUBLED IF PROJECT WORK BEGINS WITHOUT AN APPROVED PERMIT IN-HAND.
