| On January 1, 2009, Act 3 of 2008 took effect across Pennsylvania, Act 3 of 2008 concerns procedures for responding to public requests for Authority records. In coordination with Act 3, the Authority has appointed an Open Records Officer. The Open Records Officer will be the Authority’s Business Manager, Connie Weimer. To review the Regulations and Policies, please click on the link below. We have also attached the “Right-to-Know Request Form” which needs to be completed when requesting records from the Authority. If you have questions regarding this new Act, please contact Connie Weimer at: 215-256-8676 during regular business hours.

PLEASE NOTE: A convenience fee will be charged and paid directly to Official Payments for using this service. The Authority does not receive any portion of this fee. |

As an additional convenience for our customers, the TD Bank branch in Harleysville accepts Sewer Rental Payments. The branch is located at the corner of Main Street and Alderfer Road.
